In an ATL, have highly advanced Civilizations begin in the Pontic river plains first revolving around Aquaculture and Advanced Agriculture, and then build into a Singularitarian level Civilization after their wise minds discover Relativity, after a homogeneous and socially advanced "White" population blossoms across the World due to high population growth due to high technology developed in the fertile region. The founders can be any "White" people.
